Here we are almost two months later. I have done all they have asked, including sending pictures of my feet my not fitting the shoe. No further follow up, no more responses. The first picture is a Nine West 8.5. The next three are “8.5” that was sent to me. All I want to do is exchange the shoes. Why is this become such a difficult task?!?!
I ordered size 8.5. I ordered three pairs in different colors. I tried a pair on and couldn’t get the ball of my feet into the shoe. So I tried another pair. Same result. The shoes says 8.5, but they fit like 7.5. I immediately email [****], the address on their website, the same day I got them on July 9th telling them there is no way these shoes are a size 8.5. I had asked them to tell me how to exchange them for the correct size that fit my feet. I have emailed them two more times since and have not gotten a response. These shoes cost me $50 each and I’m disappointed with their lack of integrity. The shoes are beautiful but so far, not the company. I only want them to do the right thing. I love shoes and would have been a good customer with referrals.
Stunning shoes make people comfortable and won't scratch any place. Perfect quality. Now this is my favorite pair! Stopped on the street and asked where I bought it!
Very good high heels, very good quality. There is no smell. Soft. All the descriptions, the wife likes it very much, it looks very fashionable. This is not the salesman's first order. Everything is perfect
The third pair comes from this salesman. The size is very suitable and there is no discomfort in any place. There is no problem with the quality, it looks like a picture. It looks expensive.
